Request Information
Ready to find out what MSU Denver can do for you? We’ve got you covered.
The four-year degree plans show how students can complete their degree in four-years (or eight semesters).
This document is meant to be used as a guide for planning purposes only and is intended for use in consultation with a Professional Academic or Faculty advisor.
Did you know you have an assigned catalog year that locks you into the requirements listed for that specific year? If you do not know what your catalog year is, this information will be listed on your Degree Progress Report which can be found under Web Services on your Student Hub.
If you are viewing program requirements in the MSU Denver Catalog, use the pull down menu to select your appropriate catalog year.
This schedule can be adjusted to accommodate AP, IB, and/or CLEP credits, as well as courses taken during the summer sessions. Students should tailor this plan based on transfer credit, course availability, and individual preferences related to course load, schedules, and add-on programs such as minors or double-majors.
There are departments that offer courses on a rotated schedule. Please check with your department for an updated course rotation schedule.
Also, please keep in mind, that sometimes courses get cancelled. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact your Professional Academic or Faculty advisor right away. They will work with you to ensure you are making progress and taking the right courses.
Did you know you must complete…
If you didn’t, now you know! Please consult an advisor if you have questions about how these requirements may apply to your degree program or visit the MSU Denver Degree and Certificate Requirements.
Four-year degree plans are for the 2023-2024 Catalog Year only.
While these plans are a great way to start your progression planning, keep in mind, your plan is unique to you. Degree completion happens at the pace you set.
